בַּצַּר־לִי֙ אֶקְרָ֣א יְהוָ֔ה וְאֶל־אֱלֹהַ֖י אֶקְרָ֑א וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע מֵהֵֽיכָלוֹ֙ קוֹלִ֔י וְשַׁוְעָתִ֖י בְּאָזְנָֽיו׃
Nella mia angoscia ho chiamato l'Eterno, sì, ho chiamato il mio Dio; e dal suo tempio udì la mia voce e il mio grido entrò nelle sue orecchie.

In my distress I called to God… He hears. This is typical of the present tense it uses both past and future at the same time.10אֶקְרָא is in past tense and וַיִשְׁמַע is in future tense.
