וַיֹּ֧אמֶר דָּוִ֛ד אֶל־גָּ֖ד צַר־לִ֣י מְאֹ֑ד נִפְּלָה־נָּ֤א בְיַד־יְהוָה֙ כִּֽי־רַבִּ֣ים רחמו [רַֽחֲמָ֔יו] וּבְיַד־אָדָ֖ם אַל־אֶפֹּֽלָה׃
E David disse a Gad: 'Sono in un grande stretto; cadiamo ora nelle mani del Signore; poiché le sue misericordie sono grandi; e non lasciarmi cadere nelle mani dell'uomo.'
