אַל־תַּרְבּ֤וּ תְדַבְּרוּ֙ גְּבֹהָ֣ה גְבֹהָ֔ה יֵצֵ֥א עָתָ֖ק מִפִּיכֶ֑ם כִּ֣י אֵ֤ל דֵּעוֹת֙ יְהוָ֔ה ולא [וְל֥וֹ] נִתְכְּנ֖וּ עֲלִלֽוֹת׃
Nie mnóżcie słów wyniosłych, tak bardzo wyniosłych! Niechaj mowy harde nie wychodzą z ust waszych! Wszechwiedzący bowiem jest Wiekuisty, a ważone są przez Niego przedsięwzięcia!

And the explantion of what is read out is that actions are measured only by Him, and not by a person. For He does according to what He desires, whereas a man 'says but does not do, speaks but does not fulfil.' And the explanation of alilot is deeds.
