Powtórzonego Prawa 15:10 Komentarz: Rashi, Chizkuni, Ibn Ezra & Kli Yakar

Dawać dawaj mu, i niechaj nie będzie niechętném serce twoje, gdy dawać mu będziesz; albowiem za to pobłogosławi cię Wiekuisty, Bóg twój, we wszystkich sprawach twoich, i w każdem przedsięwzięciu ręki twojej.

Chizkuni

ולא ירע לבבך בתתך לו, “not only are you not to refuse a loan but you must not extend a loan reluctantly;” the Torah warns you not to think that you will suffer economic hardship for having been goodhearted. G-d promises that He will bless you for your good heartedness.

Ibn Ezra

on account of [literally: “in rolling over”] i.e., “for the reason of” [literally: “in turning over”]. Compare “to turn this matter the other way” [II Samuel 14: 20]. The reason behind this verse’s assertion is that all of our individual bodies are nothing more than parts of an integrated Whole.
