וַיִּשְׁחָ֗ט וַיִּקַּ֨ח מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֶת־הַדָּם֙ וַ֠יִּתֵּן עַל־קַרְנ֨וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֤חַ סָבִיב֙ בְּאֶצְבָּע֔וֹ וַיְחַטֵּ֖א אֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ וְאֶת־הַדָּ֗ם יָצַק֙ אֶל־יְס֣וֹד הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ וַֽיְקַדְּשֵׁ֖הוּ לְכַפֵּ֥ר עָלָֽיו׃
I zarznął go, i wziął Mojżesz nieco krwi i pomazał narożniki ofiarnicy w około palcem swoim, i oczyścił ofiarnicę, a pozostałą krew wylał u podstawy ofiarnicy, i poświęcił ją, aby rozgrzeszać na niej.

R’ Yishmael said ‘around’ is said here, and ‘around’ (Vayikra 8:15) is said elsewhere: just as there it means four separate applications, so too here it means four separate applications.
