אֶת־עַ֥ם נוֹעָ֖ז לֹ֣א תִרְאֶ֑ה עַ֣ם עִמְקֵ֤י שָׂפָה֙ מִשְּׁמ֔וֹעַ נִלְעַ֥ג לָשׁ֖וֹן אֵ֥ין בִּינָֽה׃
Ludu zuchwałego nie zobaczysz, ludu zbyt ciemnej mowy, aby go zrozumieć, bełkocącego językiem bezmyślnym.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Thou shalt not be able to see the government of a mighty people, whose language is so unintelligible that thou canst not understand it, whose tongue stammereth, because there is no understanding in them.
