תִּזְרֵם֙ וְר֣וּחַ תִּשָּׂאֵ֔ם וּסְעָרָ֖ה תָּפִ֣יץ אוֹתָ֑ם וְאַתָּה֙ תָּגִ֣יל בַּֽיהוָ֔ה בִּקְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תִּתְהַלָּֽל׃ (פ)
Ты обнесешь их, и ветер унесет их, И вихрь рассеет их; И ты будешь радоваться о Господе, Ты будешь славить Святого Израилева.

Ibn Ezra
Thou shalt scatter them, etc. This verse indicates that the greater part of the Babylonians will perish, and also that the Israelites will take their spoil.
