אִם־עַל־הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ ט֗וֹב יֵצֵ֤א דְבַר־מַלְכוּת֙ מִלְּפָנָ֔יו וְיִכָּתֵ֛ב בְּדָתֵ֥י פָֽרַס־וּמָדַ֖י וְלֹ֣א יַעֲב֑וֹר אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־תָב֜וֹא וַשְׁתִּ֗י לִפְנֵי֙ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵר֔וֹשׁ וּמַלְכוּתָהּ֙ יִתֵּ֣ן הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ לִרְעוּתָ֖הּ הַטּוֹבָ֥ה מִמֶּֽנָּה׃

Moreover, this Divine quality is uniquely special to Kingship-Malchut-מלכות, which was merited by Yehudah, as it states,267Deuteronomy 33:7 “And this-v’Zot-וזאת is to Yehudah.” HaShem-יהו״ה, blessed is He, warns the Jewish people, informing them to be zealous in guarding this quality, and conducting themselves in it with purity, as it states,268Deuteronomy 23:15 “So that your camp should be holy, so that He will not see a shameful thing269The term “thing-Davar-דבר” (which also means “word”) is a reference to this quality of kingship-Malchut, which is called (Esther 1:19), “The royal edict-Dvar Malchut-דבר מלכות.” amongst you and turn away from behind you.” It similarly states,270Deuteronomy 32:29 “If only they were wise, they would comprehend this-Zot-זאת, they would understand it from their end.”
