Ibn Ezra

רבתי, שרתי (rabbati, sarati) - These words are stressed on the penultimate syllable (mil'el), to distinguish between the additional yod and the yods that signify first person singular. This is similar to "אויבתי לי" (oyavti li, "my enemy," Micah 7:8) and "אהבתי לדוש" (ohavti ladush, "[Ephraim] love to thresh," Hosea 10:11). However, the word "גנובתי" (genuvti, "my stolen goods") in "גנובתי יום" (Genesis 31:39) is stressed on the last syllable (mil'ra) due to the change in the bet.

נאדרי The י is redundant as in (Lamentations 1:1) “full of (רבתי) people . . . princess (שרתי) amongst the provinces”; (Genesis 31:39) “stolen (גנבתי) by day”.

that loves Heb. אֹהַבְתִּי. The “yud” is superfluous. Comp. (Gen. 31: 39) “stolen by day (גְּנֻבְתִי).”

A noble people. עַמִּי נָדִיב means] the same as עַם נָדִיב[=a noble people]. The yud is superfluous like the yud of, “the One Who took up His abode שֹׁכֵן=שֹׁכְנִי in the thornbush,”24Devarim 33:16. [and as in,] “stolen גְּנֻבַת=גְּנֻבְתִי by day,”25Bereishis 31:39. [and as in,] “populous רַבַּת=רַבָּתִי.”26Eichah 1:1.

ולא נפקד means THERE IS NOT LACKING. Its translation in the Targum is לא שגא which, too, in the Aramaic language means “lacking”, just as the words (Genesis 31:39) אנכי אחטנה “I will make good the shortage”, are translated in the Targum by דהות שגיא ממנינא that which was lacking of the number (cf. Rashi on that verse), and so, too, is (I Samuel 20:18) “For thy seat יִפָּקֵד”, i.e., the place where you sat will lack the man who usually sat there. And similar is (I Samuel 20:15) “וַיִפָּקֵד the place of David” — his place lacked, and no man sat there.
