וַיֹּ֨אמֶר שָׁא֜וּל לְנַעֲר֗וֹ וְהִנֵּ֣ה נֵלֵךְ֮ וּמַה־נָּבִ֣יא לָאִישׁ֒ כִּ֤י הַלֶּ֙חֶם֙ אָזַ֣ל מִכֵּלֵ֔ינוּ וּתְשׁוּרָ֥ה אֵין־לְהָבִ֖יא לְאִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים מָ֖ה אִתָּֽנוּ׃
И сказал Саул слуге своему: 'Но вот, если мы пойдем, что мы принесем человеку? ибо хлеб тратится в наших сосудах, и нет дара, чтобы принести человеку Божьему; что у нас?'
I Samuel
Shaul said to his armsbearer, "Draw your sword and stab me, lest these uncircumcised men come and stab me and make sport of me." But his armsbearer did not want to do so, for he was very frightened; so Shaul took the sword and fell upon it.
