וְאִ֨ישׁ אִ֜ישׁ מִבֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל וּמִן־הַגֵּר֙ הַגָּ֣ר בְּתוֹכָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֹאכַ֖ל כָּל־דָּ֑ם וְנָתַתִּ֣י פָנַ֗י בַּנֶּ֙פֶשׁ֙ הָאֹכֶ֣לֶת אֶת־הַדָּ֔ם וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י אֹתָ֖הּ מִקֶּ֥רֶב עַמָּֽהּ׃
И кто бы ни был из дома Израилева или из числа пришельцев, пребывающих среди них, питающихся всякой кровью, Я обращу лице Мое на душу, которая ест кровь, и истреблю его из народа его.

Only, do not eat its blood; spill it like water on the ground.
Leviticus
Each and every person of the House of Israel and from the proselyte residing among them who will ensnare [the catch] any wild animal or fowl that is permitted to be eaten, he shall spill its blood and cover it with earth.
