מִבֶּ֨ן עֶשְׂרִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙ וָמַ֔עְלָה כָּל־יֹצֵ֥א צָבָ֖א בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל תִּפְקְד֥וּ אֹתָ֛ם לְצִבְאֹתָ֖ם אַתָּ֥ה וְאַהֲרֹֽן׃
от двадцати лет и выше - все, кто может пойти на войну в Израиле: вы будете считать их воинствами их, даже вы и Аарон.
Targum Jonathan
From each son twenty years and upwards, every one going out in the host in Israel; thou and Aharon number them by their hosts.

From twenty years old and above, all who are able to go to war in Israel, you and Aaron shall number them by their armies.
