וְשַׂמְתֶּם֙ אֶת־דְּבָרַ֣י אֵ֔לֶּה עַל־לְבַבְכֶ֖ם וְעַֽל־נַפְשְׁכֶ֑ם וּקְשַׁרְתֶּ֨ם אֹתָ֤ם לְאוֹת֙ עַל־יֶדְכֶ֔ם וְהָי֥וּ לְטוֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֵיכֶֽם׃
Поэтому положите эти Мои слова в свое сердце и в свою душу; и вы будете связывать их знамением на руке вашей, и они будут для повязок между вашими глазами.
Targum Jonathan
But lay these my words upon your heart, and upon your soul, and bind them, written upon tephillin, as a sign upon the upper part (wrist?) of your left hands, and let them be for tephillin over thy forehead between thy eyes.
Tafsir Rasag
And make this reminder firmly established in your hearts and in your souls, and bind it as a sign upon your hands, and let it be prominently displayed before your eyes.
