בִּבְכִ֣י יָבֹ֗אוּ וּֽבְתַחֲנוּנִים֮ אֽוֹבִילֵם֒ אֽוֹלִיכֵם֙ אֶל־נַ֣חֲלֵי מַ֔יִם בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ יָשָׁ֔ר לֹ֥א יִכָּשְׁל֖וּ בָּ֑הּ כִּֽי־הָיִ֤יתִי לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לְאָ֔ב וְאֶפְרַ֖יִם בְּכֹ֥רִי הֽוּא׃ (ס)
Они придут со слезами, и я буду вести их с мольбами; Я заставлю их ходить по рекам вод, По прямой дороге, где они не споткнуться; Ибо Я стал отцом Израилю, а Ефрем - Мой первенец.
Targum Jonathan
When they were exiled, weeping, it was plain that they would return from their exile. With great mercy I will bring them near; I will guide them by streams of water, on a straight road upon which they will not stumble; because My command has been to Israel as a father, and Ephraim is dear to Me.
