לֹא־תַעֲשֹׁ֥ק שָׂכִ֖יר עָנִ֣י וְאֶבְי֑וֹן מֵאַחֶ֕יךָ א֧וֹ מִגֵּרְךָ֛ אֲשֶׁ֥ר בְּאַרְצְךָ֖ בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃
Не притесняй наемника, бедного и нуждающегося, будь он от братьев твоих или от чужих твоих, живущих на земле твоей, в воротах твоих.
Targum Jonathan on Deuteronomy
You shall not be hard upon your neighbours, or shift (or decrease) the wages of the needy and poor hireling of thy brethren, or of the strangers who sojourn in your land, in your cities.

You shall not willfully keep back the wages of the poor and needy of your brethren.
