וַיְחַזֵּ֥ק יְהוָ֖ה אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א שִׁלַּ֖ח אֶת־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ (פ)
Но Господь ожесточил фараона'сердце, и он не отпустил сынов Израилевых.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
But the Lord strengthened the design of Pharoh's heart, and he would not release the children of Israel.
