וַיֹּ֛אמֶר חֹתֵ֥ן מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֵלָ֑יו לֹא־טוֹב֙ הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתָּ֖ה עֹשֶֽׂה׃
И Моисей'тесть сказал ему: 'То, что ты делаешь, не хорошо.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And the father-in-law of Mosheh said to him, This thing that thou art doing is not well ordered;
