וּמַֽה־יַּעֲנֶ֖ה מַלְאֲכֵי־ג֑וֹי כִּ֤י יְהוָה֙ יִסַּ֣ד צִיּ֔וֹן וּבָ֥הּ יֶחֱס֖וּ עֲנִיֵּ֥י עַמּֽוֹ׃ (ס)
Что же тогда ответить посланникам нации? Что Господь основал Сион, и в нем прибежит скорбящий из народа Его.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And what good news will they tell the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.
