כִּי־עַ֛ם בְּצִיּ֥וֹן יֵשֵׁ֖ב בִּירֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם בָּכ֣וֹ לֹֽא־תִבְכֶּ֗ה חָנ֤וֹן יָחְנְךָ֙ לְק֣וֹל זַעֲקֶ֔ךָ כְּשָׁמְעָת֖וֹ עָנָֽךְ׃
Ибо, люди, живущие на Сионе в Иерусалиме, Ты не должен больше плакать; Он, несомненно, будет милостив к тебе по голосу твоего крика, когда услышит, то ответит тебе.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
For the people of Zion shall dwell in Jerusalem thou shalt weep no more. He will assuredly shew thee compassion: the voice of thy prayer He will hear, and He will answer thy supplication.
