וּבָרַ֖ד בְּרֶ֣דֶת הַיָּ֑עַר וּבַשִּׁפְלָ֖ה תִּשְׁפַּ֥ל הָעִֽיר׃
И будет град при падении леса; Но город опустится в долину.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And hail shall descend and shall slay the armies of the nations, and their encampments shall be laid desolate, and come to an end.
