מֵפֵר֙ אֹת֣וֹת בַּדִּ֔ים וְקֹסְמִ֖ים יְהוֹלֵ֑ל מֵשִׁ֧יב חֲכָמִ֛ים אָח֖וֹר וְדַעְתָּ֥ם יְשַׂכֵּֽל׃

That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and bringeth their knowledge into contempt.
