כִּ֣י לֹ֤א עִנָּה֙ מִלִּבּ֔וֹ וַיַּגֶּ֖ה בְנֵי־אִֽישׁ׃ (ס)
Ибо Он не страдает охотно и не огорчает детей человеческих.
Aramaic Targum to Lamentations
For since man did not afflict his soul nor removed arrogance from his heart, therefore he caused destruction to come upon the sons of men.
