וַיִּפְקֹ֥ד אֹתָ֛ם מֹשֶׁ֖ה עַל־פִּ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צֻוָּֽה׃
И исчислил их Моисей по слову Господню, как ему заповедано.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
Moses therefore numbered them according to the mouth of the Word of the Lord, as he had been commanded.
