שְׁתֵה־מַ֥יִם מִבּוֹרֶ֑ךָ וְ֝נֹזְלִ֗ים מִתּ֥וֹךְ בְּאֵרֶֽךָ׃
Uminom ka ng tubig mula sa iyong sariling balon-imbakan, at ng umaagos na tubig mula sa iyong sariling bukal.
