הִ֭נָּצֵל כִּצְבִ֣י מִיָּ֑ד וּ֝כְצִפּ֗וֹר מִיַּ֥ד יָקֽוּשׁ׃ (פ)
Iligtas mo ang iyong sarili gaya ng usa mula sa kamay ng mangangaso, at gaya ng ibon mula sa kamay ng manghuhuli ng ibon.
