וַיְקַצֵּץ֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ אָחָ֜ז אֶת־הַמִּסְגְּר֣וֹת הַמְּכֹנ֗וֹת וַיָּ֤סַר מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶם֙ ואת־[אֶת־] הַכִּיֹּ֔ר וְאֶת־הַיָּ֣ם הוֹרִ֔ד מֵעַ֛ל הַבָּקָ֥ר הַנְּחֹ֖שֶׁת אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּחְתֶּ֑יהָ וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֹת֔וֹ עַ֖ל מַרְצֶ֥פֶת אֲבָנִֽים׃
At pinutol ni Haring Ahaz ang mga balangkas ng mga patungan, at inalis niya mula sa ibabaw ng mga ito ang mga hugasan; at ibinaba niya ang dagat-dagatan mula sa ibabaw ng mga tansong baka na nasa ilalim nito, at inilagay niya ito sa isang sahig na bato.
II Chronicles
And Achaz gathered the vessels of the house of G d, and he cut [(off the gold from)] the vessels of the house of G d, and he closed the doors of the house of the L rd, and he made altars for himself in every corner in Jerusalem.
