וַיַּ֥עַשׂ הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כְּתֽוֹעֲבֹת֙ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ הוֹרִ֣ישׁ יְהוָ֔ה מִפְּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Gumawa siya ng masama sa paningin ng Walang-Hanggan, ayon sa mga kasuklam-suklam na gawain ng mga bansang pinalayas ng Walang-Hanggan sa harap ng mga anak ni Israel.

And he did what was evil in the eyes of the L rd, as the abominations of the nations which the L rd had driven out before the children of Israel.
