אַתָּ֣ה תָ֭קוּם תְּרַחֵ֣ם צִיּ֑וֹן כִּי־עֵ֥ת לְ֝חֶֽנְנָ֗הּ כִּי־בָ֥א מוֹעֵֽד׃
Ikaw ay babangon at mahahabag sa Zion, sapagkat panahon na upang kahabagan siya, sapagkat dumating na ang itinakdang panahon.

It is written “On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night, they shall never be silent; those who remind the Lord, be not silent.” (Isaiah 62:6) What do they say? This is what Raba bar Rav Shilah said: “You will rise, You will have mercy on Zion…” (Psalms 102:14)
