וְדָוִ֖ד אָ֣ז בַּמְּצוּדָ֑ה וּמַצַּ֣ב פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים אָ֖ז בֵּ֥ית לָֽחֶם׃
און דוד איז דענצמאָל געװען אין דער פֿעסטונג, און די װאַך פֿון די פּלִשתּים איז דענצמאָל געװען אין בֵית-לֶחֶם.

And a contingent of Pesishtim was then in Beis Lechem. The [Pelishtim] army was camped in the Rephoim valley and they had sent a contingent to Beis Lechem.
