לֹא־תָח֥וֹס עֵֽינְךָ֖ עָלָ֑יו וּבִֽעַרְתָּ֧ דַֽם־הַנָּקִ֛י מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֖ל וְט֥וֹב לָֽךְ׃ (ס)
דײַן אױג זאָל זיך ניט דערבאַרימען אױף אים, און זאָלסט אױסראַמען אומשולדיק [פֿאַרגאָסן] בלוט פֿון ישׂראל, כּדי דיר זאָל גוט זײַן.

Not to spare a pursuer, but he is to be slain before he reaches the pursued and slays the latter, or uncovers his nakedness, as it is said, “…. then, thou shalt cut off her hand; thine eye shall not pity her” (Deut. 25:12).
