וְאַרְבָּעִ֥ים שָׁנָ֛ה כִּלְכַּלְתָּ֥ם בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר לֹ֣א חָסֵ֑רוּ שַׂלְמֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ לֹ֣א בָל֔וּ וְרַגְלֵיהֶ֖ם לֹ֥א בָצֵֽקוּ׃
און פֿערציק יאָר האָסטו זײ אױסגעהאַלטן אין דער מדבר; גאָרנישט האָט זײ געפֿעלט; זײערע קלײדער זײַנען ניט אָפּגעטראָגן געװאָרן, און זײערע פֿיס זײַנען ניט אױפֿגעלאָפֿן.
