וְנָתַתָּ֞ אֶל־חֹ֣שֶׁן הַמִּשְׁפָּ֗ט אֶת־הָאוּרִים֙ וְאֶת־הַתֻּמִּ֔ים וְהָיוּ֙ עַל־לֵ֣ב אַהֲרֹ֔ן בְּבֹא֖וֹ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְנָשָׂ֣א אַ֠הֲרֹן אֶת־מִשְׁפַּ֨ט בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל עַל־לִבּ֛וֹ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה תָּמִֽיד׃ (ס)

און זאָלסט אַרײַנטאָן אין דעם חוֹשֶן פֿון באַשײד די אורים-ותּומים, און זײ זאָלן זײַן בײַ אַהרֹנען אױפֿן האַרצן, װען ער קומט פֿאַר גאָט; און אַהרן זאָל טראָגן דעם באַשײד פֿון די קינדער פֿון ישׂראל אױף זײַן האַרצן פֿאַר גאָט תּמיד.

Allegorical Interpretation of Genesis

[119] “And thou shalt put on to the oracle of the judgements the Showing and the Truth, and it shall be upon Aaron’s breast, whenever he enters into the Holy Place before the Lord” (Exod. 28:30). The “oracle,” then, is in us the organ of speech, which is the uttered word:
