וּבְרֶ֧דֶת הַטַּ֛ל עַל־הַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה לָ֑יְלָה יֵרֵ֥ד הַמָּ֖ן עָלָֽיו׃
און װי דער טױ האָט אַראָפּגענידערט אױפֿן לאַגער בײַ נאַכט, פֿלעגט אַראָפּנידערן דערױף דער מַן.

It was evening and quails rose up and covered the camp. In the morning there was a layer of dew around the camp.

The layer of dew had risen, and behold, on the surface of the desert were thin [uncovered] flakes. It was as fine as frost on the ground.
