שְׂא֞וּ אֶת־רֹ֣אשׁ ׀ כָּל־עֲדַ֣ת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל מִבֶּ֨ן עֶשְׂרִ֥ים שָׁנָ֛ה וָמַ֖עְלָה לְבֵ֣ית אֲבֹתָ֑ם כָּל־יֹצֵ֥א צָבָ֖א בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
נעמט אױף די צאָל פֿון דער גאַנצער עדה פֿון די קינדער פֿון ישׂראל, פֿון צװאַנציק יאָר אַלט און העכער, לױט זײערע פֿאָטערהײַזער, איטלעכן װאָס גײט אַרױס אין חיל אין ישׂראל.

“When you take the count of the B’nei Yisrael to determine their numbers, each man shall give an atonement pledge for his soul to Adonoy, when you count them. Thus there will be no plague among them when you count them.
