וַיֵּרָ֤א יְהוָה֙ אֶל־אַבְרָ֔ם וַיֹּ֕אמֶר לְזַ֨רְעֲךָ֔ אֶתֵּ֖ן אֶת־הָאָ֣רֶץ הַזֹּ֑את וַיִּ֤בֶן שָׁם֙ מִזְבֵּ֔חַ לַיהוָ֖ה הַנִּרְאֶ֥ה אֵלָֽיו׃
און ה׳ האָט זיך באַװיזן צו אבֿרמען, און האָט געזאָגט: צו דײַן זאָמען װעל איך געבן דאָס דאָזיקע לאַנד. און ער האָט דאָרטן געבױט אַ מזבח צו ה׳ װאָס האָט זיך באַװיזן צו אים.

When Avram was ninety-nine years old, Adonoy appeared [became revealed] to Avram and said to him: I am Almighty Shaddai, walk [worship] before Me and be perfect.

Adonoy appeared to him in the groves of Mamrei and he was sitting at the door of the tent in the heat of the day.
