מִ֤י עָלָֽה־שָׁמַ֨יִם ׀ וַיֵּרַ֡ד מִ֤י אָֽסַף־ר֨וּחַ ׀ בְּחָפְנָ֡יו מִ֤י צָֽרַר־מַ֨יִם ׀ בַּשִּׂמְלָ֗ה מִ֭י הֵקִ֣ים כָּל־אַפְסֵי־אָ֑רֶץ מַה־שְּׁמ֥וֹ וּמַֽה־שֶּׁם־בְּ֝נ֗וֹ כִּ֣י תֵדָֽע׃
װער איז אַרױף אױפֿן הימל, און אַראָפּגענידערט?װער האָט געזאַמלט דעם װינט אין זײַנע פֿױסטן?װער האָט אײַנגעבונדן די װאַסערן אין אַ טוך?װער האָט אױפֿגעשטעלט אַלע עקן פֿון דער ערד?װאָס איז זײַן נאָמען?און װאָס איז דער נאָמען פֿון זײַן זון, אױב דו װײסט?

Adonoy spoke to Moshe and Aharon, “Both of you take full handfuls of furnace soot and let Moshe throw it heavenward before the eyes of Pharaoh.

It will become a fine dust [and settle] over the whole land of Egypt. It will settle on man and beast causing a rash which will break out into boils [affecting] the whole land of Egypt.”
