וְכִֽי־יַכֶּ֨ה אִ֜ישׁ אֶת־עֵ֥ין עַבְדּ֛וֹ אֽוֹ־אֶת־עֵ֥ין אֲמָת֖וֹ וְשִֽׁחֲתָ֑הּ לַֽחָפְשִׁ֥י יְשַׁלְּחֶ֖נּוּ תַּ֥חַת עֵינֽוֹ׃ (ס)
און אַז אַ מאַן װעט שלאָגן דאָס אױג פֿון זײַן קנעכט, אָדער דאָס אױג פֿון זײַן דינסט, און װעט עס איבערפֿירן, זאָל ער אים אַרױסלאָזן פֿרײַ פֿאַר זײַן אױג.
Leviticus
If a man lies with a woman in a conjugal manner, and she is a maid-servant designated for a [specific] man and she has certainly not been redeemed, or her freedom was not given to her; there shall be an investigation they shall not be put to death, for her freedom was not given to her.
Exodus
If a man sells his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out [free] in the manner of male slaves.
