וְאִתְּכֶ֣ם יִהְי֔וּ אִ֥ישׁ אִ֖ישׁ לַמַּטֶּ֑ה אִ֛ישׁ רֹ֥אשׁ לְבֵית־אֲבֹתָ֖יו הֽוּא׃
און מיט אײַך זאָלן זײַן צו מאַן, צו מאַן פֿון אַ שבֿט, אַ מאַן װאָס איז דער הױפּט פֿון זײַן פֿאָטערהױז.
Targum Jonathan
And let there be with you a man of each tribe, a chief of his father's house.

And there shall be with you a man from each tribe, each one the head of his father's house.
