וַיִּקַּ֨ח אַהֲרֹ֜ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ דִּבֶּ֣ר מֹשֶׁ֗ה וַיָּ֙רָץ֙ אֶל־תּ֣וֹך הַקָּהָ֔ל וְהִנֵּ֛ה הֵחֵ֥ל הַנֶּ֖גֶף בָּעָ֑ם וַיִּתֵּן֙ אֶֽת־הַקְּטֹ֔רֶת וַיְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל־הָעָֽם׃
האָט אַהרן גענומען, אַזױ װי משה האָט געהײסן, און ער איז אַרײַנגעלאָפֿן אין מיטן פֿון דער עדה; ערשט די מגפֿה האָט זיך אָנגעהױבן אין פֿאָלק. האָט ער אַרױפֿגעלײגט װײַרױך, און מכפּר געװען אױפֿן פֿאָלק.
Targum Jonathan
And Aharon took, as Mosheh had said, and ran into the midst of the congregation, and, behold the destructive burning had begun to destroy the people: but he put on incense, and made atonement for the people.
