וַיְדַבֵּ֨ר מֹשֶׁ֜ה וְאֶלְעָזָ֧ר הַכֹּהֵ֛ן אֹתָ֖ם בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת מוֹאָ֑ב עַל־יַרְדֵּ֥ן יְרֵח֖וֹ לֵאמֹֽר׃
און משה און אֶלעָזָר דער כֹּהן האָבן גערעדט מיט זײ אין די פּלױנען פֿון מוֹאָבֿ בײַם יַרדן לעבן יריחו, אַזױ צו זאָגן:
Targum Jonathan
And Mosheh and Elazar the priest spake with the leaders, and commanded that they should number them in the plain of Moab, by the Jordan (over against) Jericho, saying
