וְאִשָּׁ֕ה כִּֽי־תִדֹּ֥ר נֶ֖דֶר לַיהוָ֑ה וְאָסְרָ֥ה אִסָּ֛ר בְּבֵ֥ית אָבִ֖יהָ בִּנְעֻרֶֽיהָ׃
און אַז אַ װײַבספּאַרשױן װעט טאָן אַ נדר צו גאָט, און װעט אַסרן אױף זיך אַן איסור, אין איר פֿאָטערס הױז, אין איר יוגנט,
Onkelos Numbers
And any woman who vows a vow before God, or prohibits a prohibition in her father's house, as a young girl
Targum Jonathan
And a female who hath not passed twelve years when she hath vowed a vow before the Lord, and hath bound herself in her father's house until her thirteenth year;
