וַיֹּ֧אמֶר פַּרְעֹ֛ה אֶל־יוֹסֵ֖ף אֲנִ֣י פַרְעֹ֑ה וּבִלְעָדֶ֗יךָ לֹֽא־יָרִ֨ים אִ֧ישׁ אֶת־יָד֛וֹ וְאֶת־רַגְל֖וֹ בְּכָל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃
און פַּרעה האָט געזאָגט צו יוֹספֿן: איך בין פַּרעה, אָבער אָן דיר זאָל קײנער ניט אױפֿהײבן אַ האַנט אָדער אַ פֿוס אין גאַנצן לאַנד מִצרַיִם.
Targum Jonathan
And Pharoh said to Joseph, I am Pharoh the king, and thou art viceregent, and without thy word a man shall not lift up his hand to gird on arms, or his foot to mount a horse in all the land of Mizraim.
