וְהָיָ֕ה בְּעַֽנְנִ֥י עָנָ֖ן עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְנִרְאֲתָ֥ה הַקֶּ֖שֶׁת בֶּעָנָֽן׃
און עס װעט זײַן, װען איך טו װאָלקענען אַ װאָלקן אױף דער ערד, אַזױ װעט זיך באַװײַזן דער בױגן אין דעם װאָלקן,
Targum Jonathan
And it shall be that when I spread forth My glorious cloud over the earth, the bow shall be seen in the day (time), while the sun is not sunk (or hidden) in a cloud.
