וְנָתַתִּ֧י מְטַֽר־אַרְצְכֶ֛ם בְּעִתּ֖וֹ יוֹרֶ֣ה וּמַלְק֑וֹשׁ וְאָסַפְתָּ֣ דְגָנֶ֔ךָ וְתִֽירֹשְׁךָ֖ וְיִצְהָרֶֽךָ׃
װעל איך געבן דעם רעגן פֿון אײַער לאַנד אין זײַן צײַט, פֿרירעגן און שפּעטרעגן, און װעסט אײַנזאַמלען דײַן תּבֿואה, און דײַן װײַן, און דײַן אײל.
Onkelos Deuteronomy
And I will give the rain of your land in its time, early and late, and you will gather your grain, and your wine, and your oil.
Targum Jonathan
then will I give you the rain of your land in its time, the early in Marchesvan, and the latter in Nisan, that you may gather in your corn, your wine., and your oil.

Rain has fallen on your land in its due time, and it has nourished your crops, filled your wells, and replenished your pastures, oils, and perfumes.
