וַיְהִ֥י בִישֻׁר֖וּן מֶ֑לֶךְ בְּהִתְאַסֵּף֙ רָ֣אשֵׁי עָ֔ם יַ֖חַד שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
און אַ מלך איז געװען אין ישורון, װען די קעפּ פֿון פֿאָלק האָבן זיך פֿאַרזאַמלט, אין אײנעם אַלע שבֿטים פֿון ישׂראל.
Targum Jonathan
And he was king in Israel: when the chiefs of the people were gathered together, the tribes of Israel were obedient to him.
Targum Jerusalem
And a king shall arise from the house of Jakob, when the heads of the people are gathered together: unto Him shall the tribes of Israel be obedient.
