י֗וֹם אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָמַ֜דְתָּ לִפְנֵ֨י יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶיךָ֮ בְּחֹרֵב֒ בֶּאֱמֹ֨ר יְהוָ֜ה אֵלַ֗י הַקְהֶל־לִי֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם וְאַשְׁמִעֵ֖ם אֶת־דְּבָרָ֑י אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִלְמְד֜וּן לְיִרְאָ֣ה אֹתִ֗י כָּל־הַיָּמִים֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר הֵ֤ם חַיִּים֙ עַל־הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה וְאֶת־בְּנֵיהֶ֖ם יְלַמֵּדֽוּן׃
דעם טאָג װאָס דו ביסט געשטאַנען פֿאַר ה׳ דײַן גאָט אין חוֹרֵבֿ, װען גאָט האָט צו מיר געזאָגט: זאַמל אײַן צו מיר דאָס פֿאָלק, און איך װעל זײ לאָזן הערן מײַנע װערטער, כּדי זײ זאָלן לערנען מוֹרא צו האָבן פֿאַר מיר אַלע טעג װאָס זײ לעבן אױף דער ערד, און אױך זײערע קינדער זאָלן זײ לערנען.
Targum Jonathan
and that you may make yourselves pure in your transactions thereby, as in the day when you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, at the time when the Lord said to me: Gather the people before Me, that they may hear My words, by which they shall learn to fear before Me all the days that they remain upon the earth, and may teach their children.
