כִּ֣י אֵ֥ל קַנָּ֛א יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ בְּקִרְבֶּ֑ךָ פֶּן־יֶ֠חֱרֶה אַף־יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ בָּ֔ךְ וְהִשְׁמִ֣ידְךָ֔ מֵעַ֖ל פְּנֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָֽה׃ (ס)
װאָרום אַ צערנדיקער גאָט איז ה׳ דײַן גאָט צװישן דיר; טאָמער װעט גרימען דער צאָרן פֿון ה׳ דײַן גאָט אױף דיר, און ער װעט דיך פֿאַרטיליקן פֿון דעם געזיכט פֿון דער ערד.
Targum Jonathan
for the Lord our God is a jealous God, and an Avenger, whose Shekinah dwelleth in the midst of you; lest the anger of the Lord your God be kindled against you, and He quickly destroy you from the face of the earth.
Tafsir Rasag
And you will not disappoint your Lord, Allah, as you have disappointed Him in times of adversity.
