וְהָי֞וּ הַדְּבָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֗לֶּה אֲשֶׁ֨ר אָנֹכִ֧י מְצַוְּךָ֛ הַיּ֖וֹם עַל־לְבָבֶֽךָ׃

Onkelos Deuteronomy
And they shall be, these statements that I command to you on this day, on your heart.

and let these words which I command you this day be written upon the tables of your hearts.
