וּזְרֹעִ֖ים מִמֶּ֣נּוּ יַעֲמֹ֑דוּ וְחִלְּל֞וּ הַמִּקְדָּ֤שׁ הַמָּעוֹז֙ וְהֵסִ֣ירוּ הַתָּמִ֔יד וְנָתְנ֖וּ הַשִּׁקּ֥וּץ מְשׁוֹמֵֽם׃
Durch ihn entstehen Mächtige [in Jerusalem], welche die heilige Feste [das Heiligtum] entweihen und das ständige Opfer abschaffen und [in der geheiligten Stätte] den entsetzlichen Gräuel [ein Zeusbild] aufstellen.
