וְכֹל֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר סְבִיבֹתָ֥יו עזרה [עֶזְר֛וֹ] וְכָל־אֲגַפָּ֖יו אֱזָרֶ֣ה לְכָל־ר֑וּחַ וְחֶ֖רֶב אָרִ֥יק אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃
Und ich werde gegen jeden Wind alles zerstreuen, was um ihn herum ist, um ihm und all seinen Truppen zu helfen; und ich werde das Schwert nach ihnen ziehen.

I will scatter to every direction Heb. אֱזָרֶה, epandre in Old French, to disperse, and they are Johanan the son of Kareah and the officers of the armies, who were exiled to Egypt, where the sword of Nebuchadnezzar overtook them when he destroyed Egypt.
